How can I buy my ticket?

You can do it easily through our website or if you want, you can do it by phone or directly at our offices in Colònia Sant Jordi.

Can I change or cancel my ticket?

Yes, but only if it is requested up to 48 hours before the day of your excursion.

What happens if I miss the boat?

Unfortunately, you will not be able to change your ticket for another day or get a refund.

How long in advance do I have to collect my tickets?

You must be at our office at least 40 minutes before the departure of the excursion.

I am coming with a vehicle, can I park near the offices?

If you choose to come in your own vehicle or rental car, you should know that the ORA service has been eliminated throughout the municipality, so it is no longer necessary to pay to park. However, during the months of July and August there is some difficulty in parking your vehicle, so we recommend that you come well in advance.

How long is the boat trip?

On the Desembarco y cueva azul excursion, the journey between the port of Colònia Sant Jordi and the port of Cabrera takes 40-45 minutes.

Are there restaurants on Cabrera?

On the island of Cabrera there is only a small canteen in the port where you can get snacks and drinks. It is advisable to have cash on hand if you are going to visit the canteen. If you wish, you can take your own food with you, as there is a picnic area behind the beach of sa Platgeta.

Can my pet accompany me on my visit to the National Park?

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed to land on the island of Cabrera.

Can I bring a bicycle and a drone?

The use of either is not permitted.

Can I fish?

It is completely forbidden.

Can I take a baby carriage with me?

As long as it can be folded, the baby carriage can go on our boat. It is important to point out that the roads on Cabrera are unpaved forest tracks.

Can I go in a wheelchair?

Our boat is adapted for people with reduced mobility, but the Cabrera Park only has wheelchair access at the port. If you want to visit Cabrera and you are in a wheelchair, the best option is to contact the Red Cross, who will provide volunteers to accompany you.

Is there coverage on the island of Cabrera?

Coverage is available for some operators such as Movistar or Vodafone. However, there is not availability throughout the island and sometimes, due to technical issues, it fails.
